Overview

Seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT professional to provide technical and administrative support for enterprise systems, desktop environments, and end-users. This role combines hands‑on technical troubleshooting with business analysis, documentation, and system improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Tier 1 IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and update Active Directory accounts and user permissions.
- Design and manage form templates for internal use.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and knowledgebase articles.
- Support system integrations and identify opportunities for process automation.
- Deliver responsive, high-quality customer service across multiple communication channels.
- 2+ years of IT support or business analysis experience.
- Proficiency with Windows 11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
- Experience with SQL, scripting, VMware, VOIP systems preferred.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
