The Transformation Adoption Analyst is responsible for ensuring Beacon’s technology and process transformation initiatives are adopted, monitored, and executed in alignment with their intended business outcomes, compliance requirements, and operational standards.
This role partners closely with Technology, Operations, Training, and Compliance to translate transformation business cases into measurable adoption metrics, compliance checks, and monitoring reports, validate real-world usage, and elevate adoption or compliance gaps through defined accountability paths.
The Transformation Adoption Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that transformation efforts move beyond implementation to sustained, compliant, and effective use across all markets and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Operations and Technology teams to understand the business case, success criteria, and intended outcomes of transformation initiatives
- Define what should be monitored, measured, and validated to confirm adoption and compliance
- Identify and document adoption metrics, compliance checks, and reporting requirements
- Monitor system usage, workflow adherence, and data quality across transformed platforms
- Validate compliance with defined workflows, policies, and regulatory expectations
- Identify adoption gaps, usage risks, and breakdowns between designed and actual workflows
- Partner with Operations to establish and execute clear escalation paths and accountability ownership
- Escalate adoption and compliance issues with supporting data, impact analysis, and recommendations
- Align with Training and Compliance teams to inform training updates, reinforcement strategies, and audits
- Produce adoption, compliance, and risk reporting for operational and leadership review
- 4–7 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Healthcare operations or healthcare technology
- Systems or business analysis
- Technology or operational transformation initiatives
- Experience supporting or analyzing enterprise systems such as:
- EHRs, HRIS platforms, CRMs, analytics tools, or operational systems
- Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare, IDD, behavioral health, human services preferred)
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with:
- Technology teams
- Operations leadership
- Training or organizational development
- Compliance or quality teams
- Experience producing adoption, compliance, or operational reporting
- Mid-Senior level

Salary: $63,945.00-$80,849.00
