Provide Tier I technical assistance and support for issues related to application permissions, software, and hardware.

• Excel in a fast-paced, demanding, and continuously changing environment
• The ability to work on a team, maintain a positive attitude, and be open to learning
• Strong creative problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and a strong work ethic
• Install, modify, and repair printers, computer hardware, and software
• Ability to frequently multi-task and prioritize tasks

• Windows OS installation and troubleshooting
• Hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, peripherals)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Comprehension of basic networking architecture and troubleshooting
• Basic Active Directory knowledge

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary
• Work with employees across all company locations and departments to assess and respond to IT needs
• Interact with hardware and software vendors to resolve user problems
• Responsible for desktop configurations, imaging and providing maintenance of these systems
• Document tickets, changes, and system configurations
• Analyzes users' system problems and provide solutions
• Onboarding new users
• End user hardware deployment
