SAP HANA Solution Architect

Job Description

A global client is hiring for an SAP HANA Solution Architect. This resource will be building solutions focused on HR Talent Data. Working in Employee Masters, MDM, Performance Management System, Averture Onboarding data, Learning and Development data. Responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of technology solutions to meet business needs and align with architectural standards. Designing and supporting the development of technology solutions to meet business needs and align with architectural standards.

Defining interaction requirements for specific components, subsystems, and interfaces within the application/solution to create an overall solution-specific blueprint. Converting predetermined solution elements into a blueprint design that meets overall project requirements and enterprise security needs. Leading and supporting architectural activities that guide the development and management of a portfolio of solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in solution architecture.

• 6+ years SAP HANA experience
• 6+ years architecture, solutioning, and designing experience
• Ability to study data models and work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Lives in EST or CST
• Experience building POCs and coding in HANA
• Experience conducting code reviews
• Go getter and not afraid to ask focused questions
• Ability to start workdays at 7 or 7:30AM CST Databricks experience
• SAP HR experience
• SAP Cloud experience
• Python skills
