The Senior Director of Data & Analytics serves as the discipline leader for Data & Analytics within Ramsey Trusted. This role blends strategic leadership, deep analytics expertise, and strong business partnership to shape how data is used to drive decisions across the organization.

You will lead and develop high-performing data teams while also serving as a key voice in defining the overall data and analytics strategy. Partnering closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, and Operations, you will help translate business priorities into scalable, trusted data solutions.

• You have 9+ years of experience in data, analytics, analytics engineering, or related roles with increasing scope and responsibility
• You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience leading analytics or data teams, including experience leading managers or team leads
• You have experience setting and executing data and analytics strategy aligned to business priorities
• You have strong technical depth in SQL and Python and a deep understanding of modern data architectures, without needing to be hands‑on daily
• You have experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Streamlit, custom analytics applications)
• You have experience with cloud‑based data platforms and ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Big Query, AWS, Azure, GCP)
• You have experience designing and scaling data warehouses, data models, and ETL/ELT pipelines
• You have experience establishing data quality standards, governance practices, and source‑of‑truth reporting
• You have the ability to clearly communicate with and influence both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including senior leaders
• You have experience operating at high levels of business strategy and execution, using data to influence priorities and decisions

• Partner with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, and Business Units to deliver data and analytics solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
