• Develop, enhance, and maintain service design procedures and processes to ensure strong solution and service design

• Review process assessments and identify applications of automation technology across business domains
• Identify reusable components and manage configurable parameters, queues, and robot schedules
• Drive design best practices and troubleshoot design or code-related issues
• Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities and automation solutions
• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide automation testing standards and best practices
• Act as a primary point of contact for architectural questions, solutioning, and reviews
