The position will be responsible for leading a global team, overseeing the management and operations of network infrastructure, servers, backup and storage solutions, as well as cloud services. This role requires a strategic vision to ensure the seamless integration and performance of these critical components, fostering collaboration and innovation within the team

• Design, architect, and implement scalable, resilient, and secure IT infrastructure solutions using Cisco UCS, Pure Storage, and Rubrik Backup technologies.
• Lead initiatives to migrate, integrate, and optimize infrastructure across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Develop and maintain containerization strategies, leveraging platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment and management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested, utilizing Rubrik backup systems.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Play a critical role in building best practices-based infrastructure culture
• Build, operate, and advocate infrastructure solutions and tooling accelerating company goals
• Lead, coach, and manage a small team of Network/Systems/Storage engineers while continuing to contribute functionally
• Write performance reviews and grow the talent of direct reports
• Take full ownership of the IT Infrastructure discipline and be responsible for managing all storage/server/infrastructure related issues
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in data center architecture, cloud computing, and containerization.

• 8+ years in IT, specializing in designing and managing enterprise infrastructure solutions, storage solutions, and public cloud architecture
• 2+ years in leading engineering teams, with direct reports and performance management
• Proven experience designing and managing enterprise infrastructure solutions with Cisco UCS.
• Hands-on expertise with Pure Storage arrays and storage management.
• Advanced knowledge of Rubrik backup and recovery systems.
• Demonstrated experience architecting solutions in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Strong background in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes) are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience with automation and orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong documentation and process improvement skills.
