  • Provide deal-level guidance on pricing strategy, discounting, contract terms, renewals, upsells and multi-year or enterprise agreements
  • Own deal governance by enforcing revenue recognition requirements, margin targets and company policies while balancing speed and risk
  • Maintain accuracy and data integrity in CRM, and related quoting tools for all supported transactions
  • Analyze deal trends (discounting, approval times, exceptions) and surface insights and recommendations to improve win rates and profitability
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Deal Desk processes, documentation and enablement to support scale and consistency as the company grows
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance or Commercial Operations within a SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience supporting complex B2B SaaS deals, including enterprise, multi-year and non-standard contract structures
  • Strong working knowledge of SaaS pricing models and discounting strategies
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal and Operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Deal Hub)
  • Solid understanding of revenue recognition concepts and commercial compliance requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to balance accuracy, speed and sound business judgment
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to push back constructively and influence stakeholders at multiple levels

  • Experience working in a corporate security environment preferred
  • Experience using CRM and Project Management tools
  • Data-driven mindset with experience building deal analysis, dashboards or reporting to inform pricing and policy decisions
