Job Description:

Ideally 3+ years of experience in IT support role

In-depth knowledge and understanding of Incident and Problem Management practices

Demonstrated hands-on domain skills and a track record of successful projects and deliveries

Highly refined and professional in verbal and written communications

Demonstrable experience in delivering a quality operational service to customers

Experience in operating under a Global team environment

Ideally 3 years hands-on experience with UNIX, SQL, GSNOW, and MS Office products

Experience with application monitoring solutions, preferably Netcool, App Dynamics, or Splunk

Use of or knowledge of automation tools like Automation Anywhere or IP Center a plus
