• Lead a team of resources to analyze requirements and configure and implement SAP OTC (SD) modules in a manufacturing environment (discrete manufacturing).
• Prepare and/or lead workshops to capture client requirements and perform fit-gap analysis for quote and contract entry and management, order capture, order entry, order processing, pricing, available to promise, fulfillment, and billing.
• Work with solution architects under the program’s governance model to design and implement the client’s order-to-cash processes from order receipt to final payment in SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Perform hands‑on configuration and assist the team with design and configuration challenges in SD.
• Write key design decisions and create functional design documents that correspond to the client’s approved S/4
  
  HANA design.
• Integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules like MM, PP, and FI and collaborate closely with teammates in those areas.
• Perform functional unit test and system test, and monitor & troubleshoot issues in the SAP SD modules. Collaborate with the SAP development, integration, conversion, and deployment teams.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the SAP system, assist with data design (e.g., Business Partner roles, Material Master Sales Views, or Sales Documents) and conversion activities for master data and transactional data.

This is a hybrid role headquartered in Nashville, TN, requiring 3 days per week in the office. Qualified applicants in Houston, TX may also be considered.

• Minimum of five years of experience with SAP Order to Cash module configuration and implementation including experience with three or more of the following:
  Order Management, EDI, Pricing, Supply Chain Integration, Quotations, Condition Contract Management, Invoicing and FI Integration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience).

• Experience with Fiori applications (standard and/or custom development) in S/4
  
  HANA.
• Strong understanding of quotation management, order management, and order fulfillment.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4
  
  HANA standard business processes in SAP Order to Cash and the “clean core” concepts.
• Experience with SAP integration methods and troubleshooting source-to-target mappings with multiple integration technologies (IDOC, API, XML).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

The following salary ranges are applicable in the U.S. locations listed; actual compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and experience.

• California: $73,800 to $218,800
• Cleveland: $68,300 to $175,000
• Colorado: $73,800 to $189,000
• District of Columbia: $78,500 to $201,300
• Illinois: $68,300 to $189,000
• Maryland: $73,800 to $189,000
• Massachusetts: $73,800 to $201,300
• Minnesota: $73,800 to $189,000
• New York/New Jersey: $68,300 to $218,800
• Washington: $78,500 to $201,300
