Join KPMG, a leading provider of audit, tax and advisory services, to head the Innovation & Enterprise Solutions organization. This role involves driving innovation initiatives, fostering external partnerships, and ensuring scalable impact across KPMG teams.
Responsibilities- Drive day-to-day operations of the Innovation Network and key University Partnerships programs.
- Support pursuits in university ecosystem expansion, go-to-market client pursuits, and architect unique partnership models for external innovation collaboration.
- Manage cross‑functional coordination, communications, and deliverables across KPMG teams and external partners.
- Manage and advance external university accelerator design, scouting, program operations, and leadership reporting.
- Develop and maintain workflows and reusable assets that enable scale.
- Prepare executive‑ready materials, partner briefs, and meeting/workshop content; conduct research and analysis supporting innovation, emerging tech, and university ecosystem strategy.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in innovation, ideally in a professional services environment.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Strategic thinker, with strong external innovation network relationships and experience; strong program/project management skills with ability to operate across multiple concurrent work streams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; executive‑ready; ability to work autonomously, anticipate needs, and create structure in ambiguity; professional presence with external partners and senior leaders.
- Strong organizational rigor, documentation discipline, and attention to detail.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
