Every C Spire team member is charged with living the brand and bringing our corporate vision to life to be and become known as the best service provider in our industry.  The Team Lead, Business Intelligence (BI) Analytics plays a critical role in managing a team of analysts who build visualizations, query the enterprise data warehouse, and deliver insights that drive strategic decision-making.

This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to transform complex data into actionable intelligence for key stakeholders across the organization.
** Responsibilities:
**** What You Will Do
** In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.
* Lead a team of BI Analysts responsible for creating visualizations, querying the data warehouse, and presenting insights to leadership.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions and strategic data insights.
* Analyze sales and service data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the Commercial Sales and Service division.
* Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and visualizations used to track key performance metrics.
* Provide mentorship, coaching, and ongoing professional development to team members.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity through strong data governance and quality assurance best practices.
* Present insights, findings, and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
* Support a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.

* Baccalaureate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Four or more years of direct experience using analytics software or other data analysis tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience using data visualization software.
* Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings succinctly.
* Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills.
* Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Background must demonstrate the ability to operate effectively within a complex, fast-paced environment.

We will give special consideration to candidates who have:
* Graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Five or more years of directly related analytics experience.
* Experience using Business Objects Web Intelligence, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, R, SPSS, or SAS.
* Experience leading or mentoring a team.
* Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization platforms (SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI).
* Experience using data models and ERDs.
