- Strong expertise in BOL/GENIL programming.
- Strong understanding of CRM component workbench
- Modify CRM WebUI / IC web framework configurations and developments
- Should be able to work with business independently for requirement gathering if needed
- Hand on experience to implement complex CRM customizing and configurations
