Service Now - Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Senior Consultant – Tech Consulting – Open Location

• Base salary range: $102,500–$187,900 per year.
We’re seeking an experienced Service Now Senior Consultant to lead Service Now transformation teams, design system architecture solutions, and drive ESM/GBS process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage end-to-end Service Now ESM/GBS engagements, including engagement management, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Work with business stakeholders to evaluate processes, gather and analyze requirements, and ensure newly implemented solutions meet business needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
- Provide guidance and industry best‑practice expertise for Service Now ESM/GBS implementations.
- Lead client process and design sessions, facilitate requirements workshops.
- Drive project planning, status reporting, budgeting, risk, and issue logs in waterfall and agile delivery models.
- Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
- Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
- Travel to client sites as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of Service Now project experience.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- At least one of the following Service Now certifications: HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, or Field Service Management.
- 3+ years of consulting experience (Big 4 or equivalent).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, relationship building, and organization skills.
- Experience leading and supervising teams.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Performance analytics and reporting experience.
- Experience with Source to Pay, Employee Center, Legal Service Delivery, or Workplace Service Delivery.
- Experience with Service Now’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
