Sr. UX Designer

The Sr. UX Designer will report to our Sr. Manager, UX Design and will be a core contributor to launching products and features that have a direct impact on improving the quality of life of people living with cancer. You will own the end-to-end design process for our patient portal and parts of our clinic and internal-facing tools. You’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering to ship aesthetic, intuitive, accessible experiences for older oncology patients, while leveling up our clinic-facing and patient-facing design systems and applying strong systems thinking to simplify complex, interdependent workflows for clinicians.

You are a proactive, outcome-oriented critical thinker who actively experiments with AI to improve your design process.
** Responsibilities:
** Partner with product managers and engineers to contribute to product/engineering requirements. Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

* Qualifications:

** Portfolio of professional work with case studies that demonstrate outcome oriented thinking, UX and visual design capabilities, design process, and contribution.

Effectively manages time, prioritizes tasks, and works within deadlines with little supervision. Fulfills multiple product requirements with attention to detail. Experience designing responsive products/features. Experience building smart, scalable design system components. Healthcare design experience: clinician workflows, EHR-adjacent tools, or oncology/patient engagement.
