As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex technical initiatives for EY’s Agile Business Transformation, leveraging SAP technology to address challenges in the digital era. You will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models, translate requirements into technical specifications, and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Participate in client working sessions, leading work streams from planning through execution and closure.
• Provide hands‑on experience in SDM, PAT, RFNO, data collation, and the Rack Ticket feature.
• Engage with key business users to gather and define detailed functional requirements.
• Lead the functional design and solutioning efforts for IS‑Oil SDM and RFNO modules.
• Collaborate with the technical team to align functional requirements with technical implementation.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business validation and readiness. Lead rollout and support during go‑live.

• Bachelor’s degree (4‑year).
• Typically 4‑6 years of relevant experience.
• System configuration and system development lifecycle experience.
• Knowledge of technology business architecture frameworks.
• Willingness to travel (estimated 80%).
• 8+ years with SAP IS‑Oil, deep expertise in SDM and RFNO.
• At least two end‑to‑end implementations as Functional Lead or Solution Architect.
• Strong requirement gathering and functional specification skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Experience managing client relationships and expectations.
• Background in technology analysis and implementation.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives.
• Prior consulting industry experience.
• SAP certification(s).
• Full‑cycle implementation experience of core module.
• Leadership of cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive problem‑solving and decision‑making approach.
