As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be an expert on Stampli’s Financial Operations Platform for new and current customers, helping with support, onboarding, training, and customer success. This includes working directly with customers via chat, Intercom, and simple integrations with accounting systems such as Net Suite, Sage Intacct, and Quick Books. Experience with at least one of these systems is a big plus!
Responsibilities- Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally via Intercom.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Development teams to escalate complex issues.
- Be a trusted resource for customers on Stampli’s Financial Operations Platform.
- At least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Organized, curious, and motivated to learn.
- Experience with Purchase Orders and ERPs (Sage Intacct, Quick Books, Oracle Net Suite).
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Love for technology, service orientation, collaboration, positive energy.
- Experience with vendor relationships and understanding debits and credits.
- Flexible work location:
