Overview
The Recruiter is focused on identifying and placing highly qualified talent by building strong, strategic relationships with professionals across various industries. A successful Recruiter is proactive, detail oriented, and driven by a genuine interest in people; both in understanding their capabilities and aligning them with the right opportunities. At its core, this role involves developing and maintaining a robust talent network that not only meets current client needs but also supports future placements.
It s a relationship-driven position that goes beyond simple matchmaking; it requires a long-term view, with each interaction part of a broader investment in the success of the candidate, the client, and the Recruiter’s own professional growth.
Salary Range (Base + commission): $45k – 55k + Uncapped Commission
Onsite/Remote: Fully onsite in Nashville, TN 5 days per week - Remote days earned based on production
Responsibilities- Organization & Planning
- Plans workday in advance to appropriately manage 50 prospecting calls, associated administrative tasks, and the varying needs of candidates in the pipeline.
- Prepares by anticipating and proactively meeting the needs of candidates to provide an
- Coordinates with the sales team to position the best candidates for client submission.
- Communication
- Promptly informs team members (i.e., manager, sales team) about the candidate’s status during the interview process.
- Is persuasive in convincing candidates to be open about job opportunities.
- Utilizes effective interviewing techniques to validate the submission of 5-7 experienced
- Relationship Building
- Understands the needs of the candidate to best support their professional expectations while aligning with client requests.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to effectively place candidates.
- Cultivates long-term relationships to establish a network of qualified candidates for future placements.
- Analysis & Detail-orientation
- Analyzes candidates’ qualifications to determine fit for job opportunities.
- Formats candidate resumes to highlight respective strengths and position them for success with clients.
- Thoroughly manages tasks when guiding a candidate through the interview process.
- Business Development
- Understands the industry being recruited for to proactively seek talent suited to the needs of conventional clients.
- Continually prospects to build an ever-growing network of candidates.
- Tailors prospecting approach to fit the needs of the client.
- Experience with candidate sourcing and recruiting capacity (preferably in the staffing industry)
- Persistence in the pursuit of financial gain
- Active listening ability for identifying business opportunities with prospects and clients alike
- Resiliency in overcoming unanticipated setbacks
- Capacity to manage relationships to establish a reputation for quality and reliability
- Persuasive communication with an aptitude for influencing desired outcomes

- Capability to effectively assess required experience from candidates to suit the needs of clients
