In this role, you will take the skills that made you successful in technical recruiting and apply them to the most critical part of the executive search lifecycle: identifying and engaging the elite CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Data Leaders who are ready for their next mission.
What You’ll Do:The Art of the Strategic Hunt
- Executive Headhunting: Leverage your high-volume speed to lead "deep-dive" research for exclusive mandates, targeting elite leaders in P&C Insurance Tech, Data Modernization, and Health Tech.
- Technical Mapping & Insights: Use your "detective" skills to build sophisticated organizational maps of competitor engineering teams—identifying high-potential talent before they ever hit the open market.
- Complex Technical Assessment: Move beyond keyword matching. You will conduct deep-level interviews to vet candidates against specific technical roadmaps, from Cloud Migrations to GenAI integrations.
- The Executive Pitch: Craft the compelling, mission-driven narrative that converts passive, high-comp executive talent into active candidates for our most exclusive mandates.
- Strategy Partnership: Work side-by-side with our Managing Partners to refine search parameters, ensuring we deliver shortlists that meet the technical "future state" of our clients.
- The Sourcing Engine: You’ve already proven you can find the "needle in the haystack." We want to give you the time and resources to hunt the 1% of the 1%.
- Tech Fluency: You already understand the difference between an Infrastructure Lead and a Dev Ops Architect. We’ll help you apply that knowledge to the "C-Suite" level.
- Resilience: High-volume recruiting builds a specific kind of "can-do" muscle. We value that energy and want to point it toward high-value, retained mandates.
- Nashville Roots: Based in or open to relocating to Nashville, TN

- 2–5+ Years of Technical Recruiting
Experience:
You’ve put in the reps in a high-volume environment. You know how to manage a desk, but you’re ready to trade "volume" for "value." - The "Technical Detective": You enjoy the hunt. You know how to leverage Linked In Recruiter, Git Hub, and Stack Overflow to find the "hidden" 1% of talent.
- Fluency in Tech: You understand the difference between an Infrastructure Lead and a Dev Ops Architect. You can speak intelligently about Pod structures, CI/CD, and Data Governance.
- White-Glove Delivery: The ability to manage multiple high-priority search work streams while maintaining an elite candidate experience.
