Job Summary and Qualifications
We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced HR leader to support HCA across national and regional operations. As the Human Resources Director, you will partner with senior executives to deliver HR strategies that elevate culture, engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness across the line of business.
This role plays a critical part in shaping workforce strategy, supporting growth initiatives, consulting on complex employee matters, and ensuring our leaders have the coaching, tools, and resources needed to drive performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Talent Strategy
* Develop people strategies aligned to business goals.
* Participate in strategic planning cycles and advise executives on talent, structure, and workforce planning.
* Lead HR alignment on acquisitions, expansions, and organizational design initiatives.
* Interpret and present key HR analytics to inform executive decision‑making.
Employee Relations, Engagement & Culture
* Drive employee engagement strategy, action planning, and sensing.
* Support conflict resolution, escalated employee relations issues, and compliance investigations.
* Promote an inclusive, safe, and healthy work environment.
* Support labor relations strategy where applicable.
HR Program Implementation
* Deploy HCA HR Center of Excellence programs (compensation, benefits, talent development, performance management, etc.).
* Advise leaders on communication, change management, and people‑related decisions.
* Lead implementation of learning, development, and succession programs.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
* Ensure alignment with all regulatory, labor, and policy requirements.
* Guide leaders through proper HR processes, policies, and tools.
* Provide expertise on performance counseling, discipline, and workforce actions.
