Overview

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Amazon through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by a contract staffing supplier and will not be an employee of Amazon.

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven talent acquisition professional to join our dynamic recruiting team. This role offers the opportunity to shape recruitment strategies that directly impact long-term organizational growth while maintaining our commitment to delivering exceptional results. You will be instrumental in developing innovative processes and standard operating procedures that enhance our ability to attract top-tier talent. Working at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will build robust talent pipelines, cultivate relationships with passive candidates, and ensure every interaction reflects our dedication to quality and customer excellence.

This position requires a proactive approach to market research, relationship management, and collaboration with cross-functional leaders to continuously elevate the candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with long-range organizational growth objectives
  • Create and refine standard operating procedures and processes to optimize recruitment outcomes
  • Source and engage passive candidates through proactive market research and targeted outreach
  • Evaluate candidate skill sets and qualifications against specific role requirements
  • Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through ongoing relationship management
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews within established position specifications
  • Screen candidates and prepare qualified candidate slates within consistent timelines
  • Collaborate with Business, Talent Acquisition, and HR leaders to ensure quality assessments and exceptional candidate experiences
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition
  • Manage and prioritize multiple searches simultaneously while meeting service level agreements
  • Establish benchmarks and metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness
Skills

  • Experience creating, measuring, and scaling recruitment workflows among candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
