We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to support a high‑volume payroll environment for a Nashville‑based organization. This role requires strong hands‑on experience with UKG or ADP
, accuracy in payroll processing, and the ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.

• Process weekly/bi‑weekly payroll for multi‑state employees.
• Enter, update, and maintain employee payroll records (new hires, terminations, pay changes).
• Handle garnishments, deductions, tax updates, and benefit‑related payroll items.
• Audit payroll reports for accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide timely support.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Support year‑end payroll functions including W‑2 preparation and audits.

• 3+ years of payroll experience required.
• Experience using UKG or ADP is required.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and multi‑state requirements.
• Proficient with Excel and comfortable navigating multiple payroll systems.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills.
• Hybrid schedule (onsite in Nashville a few days per week).
• Fast‑paced, collaborative environment supporting a large employee population.
