Location: Nashville, TN
Employment Type: Full-Time, M-F hybrid role
AP Health is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for surgical first assist providers across multiple service lines, partnering closely with leadership to support both new and existing growth initiatives.
What You’ll Do- Manage full-cycle recruitment for surgical first assist providers, including sourcing, screening, offer development, and offer extension
- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to execute hiring strategies aligned with organizational growth
- Proactively source and build candidate pipelines using job boards, referrals, direct outreach, and networking
- Collaborate with hiring managers to gather role requirements, timelines, expectations, and feedback
- Post and manage open positions across recruiting platforms to drive strong candidate flow
- Maintain accurate documentation of candidate activity within the applicant tracking system
- Support hiring metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common recruiting tools
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple searches
- Ability to travel to 1–2 conferences annually
