Technical Recruiter

Aegis Worldwide is a leading recruiting firm specializing in permanent, temporary and project-based recruitment for clients in the manufacturing space. We’re growing year over year and seeking sales-minded professionals to join our expansion. We’re currently scheduling interviews this week for the Technical Recruiter role.

• Engage candidates on job opportunities and conduct outreach (experience with cold calling).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients; communicate with different personalities; sell in a consultative style.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics; apply problem-solving and creative thinking.
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel in daily tasks.
• Work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field.
• Proven track record of high achievement and outperforming peers.
• Experience with cold calling and engaging candidates; strong relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to sell in a consultative style; strong prospecting or sourcing skills.
• Capacity to meet and exceed performance metrics.

• Hands-on training supported by your team and leadership.
• Base salary, uncapped commissions plan, and quarterly bonuses.
