Work You’ll Do
  • Lead the design, solutioning, and configuration of the Workday Absence module.
  • Drive end-to-end implementation activities including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Conduct and facilitate client meetings to guide decision-making and drive project milestones.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday Absence best practices, enhancements, and optimization opportunities.
  • Mentor junior team members and oversee the quality of Workday deliverables.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building strong relationships based on credibility and technical acumen.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of professional experience delivering Workday HCM solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience driving implementations & configurations of the Workday Absence module.
  • Experience leading at least 1 full life cycle implementation of the Workday Absence module.
  • Actively Workday HCM & Absence Certified.
  • Ability to travel 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
