Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Que is experiencing rapid growth with 6 more restaurants opening this year. We are seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to join our team and help us attract and retain top talent.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet the staffing needs of our expanding restaurant group.
- Collaborate with management to forecast hiring needs and create effective recruiting plans.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and job boards.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
