Payroll Manager

We are seeking a Payroll Manager to support and manage payroll operations within a large, well-established organization. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure payroll processes run efficiently and in alignment with internal standards and applicable regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

• Oversee day-to-day payroll activities to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Support payroll compliance with applicable laws, policies, and internal guidelines
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other internal teams as needed
• Assist with payroll audits, reporting, and reconciliations
• Address payroll-related inquiries and provide general support to employees
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and workflows

• 2–5 years of experience in payroll or a related function
• Working knowledge of payroll processes and general compliance requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in a hybrid or flexible work setting is a plus

Compensation: $110,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
