Our client is on the hunt for a Payroll Specialist to join their team! If you're confident in your multistate payroll skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

• Manages full-cycle, multistate weekly payroll for approximately 800 employees
• Gathers and audits payroll data, including hours worked, taxes, benefits, and deductions
• Calculates adjustments and processes off-cycle and manual checks
• Prepares and submits required government reports (e.g. BLS, multi-worksite)
• Updates timekeeping records and processes retroactive pay corrections
• Maintains accurate PTO, vacation, and sick leave balances
• Ensures proper tax setup for employee transfers across departments or entities
• Generates regular payroll reports covering earnings, deductions, and taxes
• Prepares and distributes paychecks
