We are seeking a driven Recruiter to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for building relationships with candidates, managing the full recruiting lifecycle, and partnering closely with our clients to identify top talent. Ideal candidates will come from an Accounting or Finance background and want to leverage their knowledge into a career where people, problem-solving, and business growth are the focus.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for Accounting, IT, and Professional roles
• Manage the full recruitment process
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate records and activity in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) system
• Collaborate with the SHR team to hit team and individual goals

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, preferred
• 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, sales, or corporate Accounting or Finance experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High energy, competitive drive, and a desire to learn
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
