Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of field and office roles within an industrial field. This position is fully onsite in Nashville and will work closely with HR leadership and hiring managers across several locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for approximately 20+ open requisitions at any given time, often with multiple hires per role.
  • Recruit for a range of positions including field-based skilled trades roles and office-based corporate roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers across different regions to understand staffing needs and priorities.
  • Source candidates through Linked In, job boards, referrals, industry networks, and internal systems.
  • Screen candidates for technical qualifications, certifications, and overall fit within an industrial environment.
  • Coordinate and conduct phone, virtual, and onsite interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support offer discussions, including base salary and incentive structures.
  • Contribute to efforts to standardize recruiting processes across multiple business lines.
Qualifications
  • Prior recruiting experience, ideally within skilled trades environments.
  • Familiarity with technical and operational roles.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fully onsite environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and Linked In recruiting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered.
  • Fully onsite position based in Nashville, TN.
  • Typical work hours are 7:00am–4:00pm or 8:00am–5:00pm, with flexibility as needed.
