We are looking for a talented PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - LEVEL III to join our team specializing in Human Resources/Payroll for Atmus Filろん Technologies.
Location:
Nashville TN - Hybrid (in office days will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8am to 5pm CST)
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Performs payroll processing activities including the preparation printer, processing and balancing of payroll for more complex groups.
Ensures all information received from data interfaces and manual data sources is uploaded to the system without error.
Utilizes internal or external payroll technologies for payroll processing activities.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Processes payroll according to internal policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Troubleshoots and resolves issues with helpdesk experts on complex payroll issues.
Ensures payments are calculated.bmp and paid accurately and timely; ensures proper calculation of taxes and deductions.
Provides customer support to large sites or multiple locations including any off-cycle or replacement payments needed.
Works with Payroll Accounting to clear and reconcile items.
Participates in the review and preparation of data necessary for the filing of payroll-related tax returns and miscellaneous withholding forms.
Participates in year-end process including year-end adjustments, year-end tax statements and review of year-end tax filing information.
Serves as an internal and external resource on payroll system related inquiries.
Participates in continuous improvement projects and initiatives; supports the development and maintenance of payroll process documentation.
Ensures compliance with internal controls on payroll systems and compliance with tax and other payroll-related legislation.
Responsible for accurate and efficient internal and mandatory external reporting. Initiate and monitor helpdesk inquiries; assign and ESCALATE for appropriate resolution.
Meet all legal, contractual, and governance requirements.
Maintain and protect the confidential information and privacy of each employee.
Provides superior customer service—respond courteously, accurately and in a timely fashion to payroll questions and requests.
Acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.
Conducts internal auditing of payroll to ensure accurate payroll runs
QualificationsHigh commencement diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Base salary range: $55,704 to $83,557/year (please note, this is an office hourly role)
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
