Location:

The Joseph Hotel – Nashville (Luxury Collection). The Joseph Nashville re-imagines the hotel experience with a focus on local art, culture, and hospitality.

• Manage the daily operations of Food and Beverage experiences.
• Complete administrative tasks to ensure proper restaurant business function and staff support.
• Assist servers, run food, and bus tables when the restaurant is busy.
• Lead to ensure guests depart with a memorable experience and staff have the support to perform at a high level.

• Decisive, inspiring, and a natural leader with strong time management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading large teams and delivering clear results; comfortable working under pressure.
• Passion for food and beverage and experience in luxury service; familiarity with Michelin Star or James Beard Award–winning environments is a plus.
• Experience in hotel restaurant operations and business/financial oversight within the hospitality industry.
