We’re currently seeking a Front Desk Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and creates a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
ResponsibilitiesWhat Will I Be Doing?
As a Front Desk Supervisor
, you’ll be the face of our hotel—supporting, mentoring, and guiding the Front Desk team to deliver five-star service that embodies Hilton hospitality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading front desk operations during your assigned shift with professionalism and precision.
- Supporting your team with up-to-date knowledge of room rates, packages, amenities, and daily happenings—especially for our VIP guests and local events.
- Monitoring team performance and coaching for growth, teamwork, and service excellence.
- Managing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a solution-focused mindset and genuine hospitality.
- Driving revenue through strategic upselling and in-house promotions.
- Ensuring the Front Desk is always polished, organized, and ready to impress.
The ideal candidate for this role is a service-driven professional with a calm, organized approach to leadership and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Required:- Previous front office or guest services experience in hospitality, retail, or a related field.
- A natural leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales awareness and the confidence to promote services and upgrades.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed under pressure.
- Prior supervisory experience or a degree/certificate in hospitality management.
- Familiarity with Hilton systems and service standards.
