Your Role and Impact:

As General Manager, you will

  • Comprehensive Leadership: Oversee all aspects of operations by exercising demonstrated knowledge and experience in all phases of hotel management, including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget and forecast management, rooms, housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Inspiring Excellence: Provide the vision, leadership and strategy to inspire your associates to deliver exceptional service and drive financial success. You have a strong hotel management background and an obvious passion for the hospitality industry. Your passion for service is contagious and you are a natural coach that loves to build effective teams and inspires individuals to do their best.
  • Innovative Strategies: Enable innovation and drive results. You execute successful sales and marketing campaigns, understand dynamic revenue management and can drive profit to the bottom line through strong financial controls.
Job Requirements:

Minimum (5) Five years of experience as a Hotel General Manager

Hilton experience experience a plus

Full-Service experience required

Passion to provide exemplary guest service

Ability to create and develop a dynamic team

Ability to work a flexible schedule

Valid driver's license

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Proficiency with basic computer (PC) and office technology

Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management a plus

Local market experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; bend; walk; use hands or finger; or feel objects, tools or controls; lift boxes (up to 15 pounds); talk and hear. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision to a computer screen.
