We are looking for an individual who can provide support in our spa department. Driven and passionate for guest service, offering personalized experiences to each individual, ensuring the success of the team with superior coordination and efficiency. You will have the empowerment to make each experience perfect for the guest in front of you.

• Set-up and maintain Spaand Fitness areas including refreshments
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests whenever possible;assist guests in all inquiries in connection with
  
  Spa and Fitnessservices
• Guidegueststo their appointments as they relate to Spa and Fitnessofferings
• Ensure an adequate supply of all guest supplies and amenities throughout the Spa and Fitness areasin order to maintainimmaculate presentation of these items
• Retrieve linens from laundry andmaintainlocker room set up; returnusedlinen to laundry
• Maintain clean work areas in Spa Dispensary,Staff Room, and Spa Reception
• Enforce Spa and Fitness rules and regulations for all adult and junior guests
• Appropriately utilize reservation systems, maintenance records, and Guest Experience database as vehicles of communication to ensure guest satisfaction with all services provided in theSpa and Fitness areas
• Ability to provide the highest level of recommendations for our guestsas applicable to products and services
• The ability to set up, utilize, operate and clean/properly sanitize allSpaand Fitnessareas
• Ensure compliance of daily opening/closing checklists by walking and ensuring all Spa and Fitness areasare well maintained, stocked, and cleaned to ensure high quality presentation and repair of all equipment
