The Guest Service Associate/Valet is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. The role includes parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and assisting guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
Job Details- Valet Driver – Banker's Alley, Nashville
- Starting pay $9.00 per hour plus daily cash tips
- Select shifts receive bonus pay
- No experience needed
- 2nd and 3rd shift preferred
Towne Park offers competitive compensation based on job-related skills, experience, education, or training. Base pay ranges from $9.00 to $9.00 per hour plus $5.00 – $11.00 in tips. Select shifts also include bonus pay.
Work ScheduleWorkdays include weekdays, weekends, holidays with 2nd and 3rd shift preferred.

Essential Functions- Maintains a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
- Acknowledges and greets guests within five feet with a professional demeanor.
- Uses guest last names during interactions, salutes visitors, practices proper phone etiquette.
- Parks and retrieves vehicles safely while driving slowly and cautiously.
- Assists guests with bell services and luggage storage.
- Opens all vehicle and hotel doors for guests.
- Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries.
- Provides information about facility amenities and local attractions.
- Delivers requested messages, items, or guest amenities.
- Shuttles guests to approved locations.
- Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures.
- Issues claim checks and collects them upon vehicle pickup.
- Maintains accurate ticket information and records.
- Calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when required.
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license for the state of employment or commutable distance to the state
- One month of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Read and write standard English
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos
- Write simple correspondence
- Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations with guests, clients, and other employees
- Add, subtract three‑digit numbers, and perform basic arithmetic with money
- Understand 24‑hour time systems
- Understand rates applicable to time passed
- Prefer manual transmission operation
- Perform parallel parking
