Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a great-natured service team in the Front Office department.
- Train, supervise, and mentor new hires, setting them up for success in productive ways.
- Interact with guests regularly, welcoming them whether they’re arriving from across an ocean or just around the corner.
- Model leadership by example and teach others to do the same.
- Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 2 years experience in a Front Office supervisory role, preferably within an upper upscale or luxury hotel environment.
- A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of front office operations, with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
