The Double Tree by Hilton
- Nashville Downtown
is located in downtown Nashville, a five-minute walk from the row of honky‑tonks and bars on Broadway. Famous attractions such as the Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, and the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum are within half a mile of our hotel. We feature live music on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights at our Fourth and U restaurant and bar.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to our guests.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or its equivalent.

Experience: One year of front‑desk experience in hotels preferred. One year of experience working in a customer service or guest‑facing role required. Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Office—Outlook, Word, Excel. Previous experience with hotel PMS systems (OnQ) a plus.
