It blends modern design with Nashville’s vibrant music culture and offers guests an experience centered around the adjacent Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.

Job Description

To service and clean vacant or occupied guest rooms in accordance with Omni standards. Competitive wages and benefits, paid time off, hotel stay discounts, growth opportunities and comprehensive training are provided.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to all guest requests appropriately.
  • Complete full service for 16–18 rooms per day within allotted time.
  • Keep the supply cart neat and organized at all times.
  • Keep the supply cart in the guest room with the door shut while servicing.
  • Place the Room Attendant sign on the outside of the guest door while servicing.
  • Use a door stopper whenever the guest door is open.
  • Check all equipment before and after use to ensure it is in good working order.
  • Remove room‑service tables and trays from guest rooms.
  • Abide by the Lost and Found procedures to ensure safe return of guest belongings.
  • When dirty linen requires pickup, call the Housekeeping Coordinator.
  • Punch all guest rooms into the phone before and after cleaning.
  • Maintain guest hallways neat and free of linen at all times.
  • Have knowledge of hotel facilities and events.
  • Prioritize VIP rooms and clean them first.
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for hotel, guests, and associates.
Qualifications
  • Maintain 4‑Diamond level of service.
  • Work with Management on special projects.
  • Attention to detail and a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lbs without assistance.
  • Stand or walk for an extended period or an entire shift.
  • Perform repetitive motion of arms, hands, and back.
