• Assist with set up of the breakfast buffet and ensure fresh items are presented throughout the shift.
• Prepare the dining area with table setups and brew coffee for the morning guests.
• Greet and seat guests and explain the buffet options.
• Attend to guest needs, answering questions, and present guest checks for payment.
• Process guest payments thru the POS system.
• Break down the buffet and clean the service / dining areas.
• Prepare the buffet for the next day of business, ensuring polished equipment and fully stocked setups.
• Run end of shift financial report and deposit end of shift packets.
• Perform side work as needed.

A high school education or equivalent is helpful. One-year food service or related experience is also helpful. Effective verbal English communication is needed. This position requires full mobility, continuous movement, and constant, strenuous lifting up to 40 pounds. Most important attribute is a positive attitude and a keen knowledge of hospitality principles.
