Job DescriptionLuxury Hospitality OVERNIGHT VALET with tips potential $20+/hr
. Make great cash tips daily at Downtown Nashville. Full-time shift: 11pm‑7am, Monday‑Saturday. Must have a valid DL for 2 years or more. Team atmosphere.

The Luxury Hospitality Overnight Valet Attendant is the first person our clients and customers see upon arrival and the last when they depart. A warm welcome, smiling face, and professional demeanor are essential.
What Will I Do as an Overnight Valet?- Park and retrieve cars quickly and efficiently. Greet all customers and build rapport.
- Help direct traffic to keep the flow organized, always with a smile.
- Maintain a self‑reliant attitude. Work independently or with minimal supervision as needed.
- Promote excellent customer relations. Smile, go above and beyond, and make clients love LAZ Parking.
- Good under pressure. Thrive in chaotic situations and keep calm.
- Strong communication skills. Speak, read, and comprehend English fluently.
- Team player. Open to different opinions and motivates teammates.
- Professional communication.
- Flexibility. Willing to work at multiple facility locations.
- Handle challenging and emotionally charged situations.
- Work unsupervised.
- Sense of urgency and timeliness.
- Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the elements—heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
- Lifting, pushing, and pulling at least 25 pounds.
- Standing, walking, and running for extended periods.
- Bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting frequently.
