Overview
We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.
Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patients for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within legal scope and plan of care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team and physicians to develop and implement therapy plans.
- Provide patient-centered treatment and educate patients, families, and caregivers.
- The role involves traveling to multiple patient residences daily.
- Must hold an active license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and have reliable transportation to visit patient homes.
