• Manage end-to-end regulatory workflows from identification through implementation using AI-equipped workflows
• Coordinate handoffs between regulatory research, content development, product, and engineering teams
• Maintain documentation of regulatory decisions, assumptions, and version history
• Perform quality assurance reviews of regulatory mappings, classifications, and documentation
• Support audits, internal reviews, and regulatory validation efforts

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance operations, regulatory governance, or policy operations
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and asynchronously in ambiguous regulatory environments
• Experience managing structured data, spreadsheets, or regulatory documentation systems

• Experience supporting regulatory or compliance products, databases, or intelligence services
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory environments (CMS, state DOH/DHS, accreditation bodies)
• Experience with governance frameworks, version control, or audit readiness
• Proficiency with Excel and similar data management tools
• Advanced degree (MPH, MPA) and/or certification (CHC) preferred but not required
