- Manage end-to-end regulatory workflows from identification through implementation using AI-equipped workflows
- Coordinate handoffs between regulatory research, content development, product, and engineering teams
- Maintain documentation of regulatory decisions, assumptions, and version history
- Perform quality assurance reviews of regulatory mappings, classifications, and documentation
- Support audits, internal reviews, and regulatory validation efforts
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance operations, regulatory governance, or policy operations
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and asynchronously in ambiguous regulatory environments
- Experience managing structured data, spreadsheets, or regulatory documentation systems
- Experience supporting regulatory or compliance products, databases, or intelligence services
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory environments (CMS, state DOH/DHS, accreditation bodies)
- Experience with governance frameworks, version control, or audit readiness
- Proficiency with Excel and similar data management tools
- Advanced degree (MPH, MPA) and/or certification (CHC) preferred but not required
