Job Summary:

The Associate Program Manager supports the Research Enterprise for the Cancer Center, plans, develops and executes ongoing program(s) that impacts a significant segment of the organization under occasional guidance.

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm CST.

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in computer applications, with strong overall technical aptitude
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience working with data, including data analysis, interpretation, or management
  • Demonstrated experience with metrics, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships and thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides support for the creation, coordination and execution of the program.
  • Assists in budgetary management for the program(s).
