Wellspring Learning Centers is actively hiring compassionate, creative and caring professionals to provide ABA to children and young adults with autism and related developmental disabilities at our clinics. We understand the crucial role technicians play in providing quality services, which is why we offer Partial
guaranteed hours for all full time Registered Behavior Technicians. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work one on one with clients to implement goals that are written and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). RBTs help clients acquire new skills and create environments that are exciting, fun and motivating. RBTs will also provide feedback and collect data for each client to achieve long-term, life-changing results.
- Implement behavior plans established by BCBA
- Follow appropriate data collection procedures
- Implement skill acquisition goals and behavior reduction interventions
- Attend weekly supervision meetings and collaborate with BCBAs
- Participate in parent training
- Attend staff meetings and participate in ABA learning development
- Reliable transportation
- Interest in working with children with special needs
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Enthusiasm for learning and ability to follow written behavior plans
- Willingness to grow with Wellspring Learning Centers
- Ability to work with a team
- Candidates without an RBT certification must complete our training program

- Pay range from $18 to $25 an hour, depending on experience

- Pursuing or holding a Master s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or a related field
- Currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician
- 1-year experience in ABA or 1 year s experience in a professionally related career (i.e. Social Worker; Special Education Teacher; Learning/Behavior specialist, etc)
- Experience creating or following behavior plans
- Desire to obtain BCBA or BCaBA certification
