Hermitage Hall (a UHS company) is one of Middle Tennessee’s largest stand‑alone psychiatric residential treatment hospitals. Job Responsibilities- Daily Staffing and Scheduling
Manage daily residential staffing using UKG to update and maintain the master schedule. Process call‑ins and absences promptly to ensure adequate coverage. Review and approve PTO and ELB requests, ensuring proper coverage for employees on leave.
- Reporting and Employee Guidance
Prepare and maintain daily staffing reports, including verification of work hours, time‑off requests, and job vacancies. Counsel employees on scheduling procedures and time‑off requests in UKG. Maintain staff training records and compliance documentation.
- Payroll and Collaboration
Ensure accurate payroll processing and address staffing concerns. Prepare daily FTE staffing reports. Review timesheets daily and make corrections as needed for payroll accuracy.
- Additional Duties
Assist on units if acuity level is high and assist with emergency codes as necessary. Other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma (or equivalency) and behavioral health facility experience in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
- One to three years experience required, three to five years preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to complete a mandatory, two‑week new hire orientation (M‑F).
- Full background check including fingerprint, drug screen, and employment verification required.
