Position Overview

The Coach Up Care Solution Executive is a sales role responsible for driving new enterprise sales for the Coach Up Care line of Health Stream’s business. Coach Up Care is a platform designed to help post-acute providers engage and retain their workforce.

In this role you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and working closely with the account management team to grow existing enterprise accounts, expanding revenue through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, and ensuring long-term customer value.

Through a consultative sales approach, the Solution Executive aligns customer and prospect workforce needs with Health Stream’s Career Network solutions by building trust, credibility, and relationships with key stakeholders. This individual has end-to-end responsibility for the sales process—including prospecting, qualification, positioning, demonstrations, objection handling, negotiation, and closing—in order to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas across both new and existing…
