As the Senior Contract Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating industry-leading national agreements for the group purchasing organization (GPO) in the area of Surgical Medical Device - Ortho & Spine.

• Responsible for negotiating industry-leading national agreements to ensure best-in-class pricing and contract terms.
• Focus on sourcing initiatives in categories with low to medium complexity, risk, and sensitivity, managing a spend of $100m-$200m annually.
• Lead the sourcing process, including market research, strategy development, RFI/RFP/Bid preparation, contract negotiations, and launching contracts.
• Present strategies and final award recommendations to internal stakeholders and customer-led advisory boards.
• Manage supplier relationships during the sourcing process and participate in reviews and evaluations of new products/technologies.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through contract communications and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams during project kick-offs and communicate bid process updates and negotiation statuses.

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Healthcare, Business, or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation of national agreements.
• Experience with Medical Device contracts (Ortho & Spine) preferred.
• Healthcare supply chain experience highly preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Nashville, TN required.
