, we provide compassionate, evidence-based outpatient services for individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. Our mission is to empower clients to achieve recovery while maintaining their daily lives, work, and family commitments.

We're seeking a skilled and passionate Primary Therapist to join our collaborative clinical team. If you're dedicated to client-centered care and want to make a tangible difference in outpatient recovery, this role is for you.

• Provide individual therapy for an outpatient caseload

• Facilitate 1-2 group therapy sessions per week focused on recovery and skill-building

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, create DSM-5-based diagnostic impressions, and develop treatment plans

• Implement evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, and other clinically appropriate modalities

• Support clients with co-occurring disorders through integrated care

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for treatment planning, risk assessment, and case coordination

• Participate in clinical supervision as needed

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field

• Active Tennessee licensure or associate-level credential (preferred)

• At least 1 year of experience in substance use or behavioral health treatment (preferred)

• Strong understanding of outpatient recovery models, co-occurring disorders, and group therapy

• Skilled in case management and EMR documentation

• Professional, ethical, and client-focused
