This is a full‑time remote role for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. The role involves conducting mental health assessments, creating and implementing tailored treatment plans, and providing one‑on‑one and group counseling sessions for senior clients. The counselor will collaborate with senior living staff, families, and other professionals to support residents’ emotional wellness and overall mental health. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed case management records and adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the specific needs of each resident.

• Proficiency in creating and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Expertise in mental health, psychology, and assessing emotional and psychological well‑being
• Experience in relationship counseling, including navigating interpersonal dynamics and fostering healthy connections
• Strong knowledge and experience in case management, including thorough documentation and coordination with other care providers
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor with an active and valid state license
• Empathetic, patient‑focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience working with seniors or in a related field is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with proficiency in telehealth solutions and digital tools
